The Supreme Court is the highest judicial authority in Israel, its precedents are binding not only on all lower courts, but on all persons and State stitutions in all of Israel. The actual Supreme Court building incorporates powerful religious and geometrical symbols of old and new, light and darkness into the architecture of the building. Architectural and psychological elements from Israel’s history, primarily from the Second Temple period are evident throughout the Court from its actual design to the mind set of the judges who think of themselves as the continuation of a type of Sanhedrin. Visitors enter through a stairway architecturally designed to bring one out of darkness and into the light by a 30 stepped stairway adjacent to a wall resembling the Western Wall of the Temple Mount. The curved window at the top of the 30 steps overwhelms the visitor with sunlight and provides a panorama view of Jerusalem, nay all the kingdoms of the world. The westward growth of Jerusalem is seen in the development of the neighborhood’s, and the logistics of power; the Knesset, the Supreme Court, and the soon to be built offices of the Prime Minister and Foreign Ministry, all executive powers built on a straight line with one another. Leaving the window and walking toward the library, a gigantic pyramid of Pharaoh Cheops with the all seeing eye of providence stares down at the visitor. Inside the library itself are three levels adding up to 33 steps or levels, parallel with the number of levels until one reaches the illuminati in the cult of the Free Masons. The three levels of the library that protect the pyramid are totally off limits to the public. The first level is for lawyers, the second for judges, the third for retired judges only. The hallway continues to the five courtrooms, whose entryways are designed after Second Temple period tombs with a niche above the entrance to let the soul in and out of the tomb. At the entrance of one of the courtrooms is a 5th century mosaic found in Samaria with the words "good fortune" designed in the center and around it a circle with the words "may the spirit of Ulpiane be preserved." Ulpaine is the modern day capital of Kosovo, Pristina. The actual courtrooms are built in such a way that pyramid shaped windows direct light upon the seats of the judges who come down from the pyramid level to judge those who are brought up from the dark prison beneath. Outside the Supreme Court is a directional sign pointing to the Knesset with the Mezuzah removed. On the way to the Knesset is the famous Garden of the Nations and Rothchild grove. The Garden of the Nations is a representation of religious and cultural symbols of every kindred, tongue, and surrounded by a Garden of Eden atmosphere. Among the most striking religious icons in the garden are an Egyptian obelisk symbolizing the sun god Ra and his rays reaching towards the four corners of the earth, a representation of the unfinished Tower of Babel?, various Japanese and Hindu temples, and an introverted cross shaped walkway, the only religious symbol designed to be trodden under foot.

The Israel Supreme Court Building
From the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 until 1992 the Supreme Court of Israel governed the nation of Israel out of a rented facility in a nearby Russian neighborhood. But in 1984 Dorothy Rothchild wrote Shimon Peres the Prime Minister of Israel informing him that the Rothchild family was willing to donate a brand new Supreme Court building to the nation of Israel under certain careful circumstances. 1) The Rothschild family would pay for the construction of the whole facility and the building price would never be made public, no questions asked. 2). The Rothschild family would select the architectural design and location of the building in the government center of Jerusalem, no questions asked. The building of the new Supreme Court was the dying wish of her late husband James Rothschild who donated the funds for the Knesset.
